1. Establish quality standards and processes: Formulate quality standards and operating procedures based on industry standards, customer requirements, and company objectives. 2. Problem solving: Work with production, R&D, and other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. 4. Training and education: Provide quality awareness and skills training for employees to enhance overall quality awareness and capability. 5. Knowledge of contact lens manufacturing processes and the ability to optimize pattern design while balancing aesthetics and production feasibility is preferred. 3. Understanding of beauty consumer aesthetics and trends in the Asian colored contact lens market. Ability to optimize product design based on social media trends and analyze competitor data is preferred. 4. Good personal image and temperament; understanding of makeup and styling. 5. Excellent communication skills, ability to accurately understand client needs, clear logical thinking, strong project coordination skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.

1. College degree or above, aged 25–40, major in mechanical or electrical engineering or related fields. 2. Familiar with Mitsubishi PLCs, circuit theory, CAD, and daily Office software. 3. Able to independently draw circuit diagrams and perform wiring. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and logical analysis skills. 5. Able to adapt to shift work.

Confirm and verify the effectiveness of special processes during production. 5. Verify and coordinate new product transition to mass production. 6. Review and validate new processes and new materials. 7. Validate products during new equipment testing stages and prepare documentation. 8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
1. College degree or above, aged 25–45, major in chemistry, optics, materials, electronic engineering, or related science and engineering fields. 2. Strong ability in abnormal analysis and problem-solving, good communication and coordination skills, and strong team spirit. 3. Proficient in office software; process experience is preferred.
